Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and/or React.
- Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Node.js, RESTful APIs/Web Services, and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of full application architecture, including client, server, business, and database layers.
- Experience developing secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with source control and collaboration tools such as Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Eclipse, and IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and application monitoring skills.
Design & Development Skills
- Ability to understand, develop, enhance, and support highly customized enterprise applications.
- Experience designing user experiences through personas, storyboards, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and engineers to deliver intuitive and high-quality digital products.
- Design user flows and application experiences that are simple, intuitive, and user-centric.
- Develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable software capable of supporting enterprise-wide usage.
Soft Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with frontend applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop secure, scalable, and reliable applications that meet enterprise standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Create user-centered designs, including personas, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows where required.
- Effectively communicate research findings, design concepts, technical solutions, and implementation approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, architecture guidelines, security policies, and development best practices.
- Research, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues while continuously improving application quality and performance.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor team members when appropriate.
