POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-impact Fullstack Developer to drive the development, maintenance, and architectural evolution of the Vantage ecosystem (including Dispatch, Workforce Safety, and Issue Management). The team's mission is to deliver scalable, high-quality full-stack applications that meet rigorous engineering standards while providing technical leadership to a distributed team of engineers. This role is key to project success from initial system design to final production deployments and operational support.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead web development using Angular/TypeScript and backend development using Java, utilizing internal libraries and frameworks.
• Design, develop, and enhance APIs to extend existing capabilities and support internal service frameworks (BOQ and POD).
• Work closely with partners to create detailed technical design documents and provide accurate assessments of task sizes and timelines.
• Triage bugs, assist in Test-Driven Development (TDD) creation, and perform software analysis to resolve backlog items and improve code quality.
• Drive engineering excellence by adopting best practices, writing clean, modular, self-sustaining code, and ensuring high test coverage.
• Oversee the creation of training materials and support customer onboarding to ensure smooth solution adoption.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is an advanced Full Stack Engineer with at least 8 years of deep industry experience in Java and Angular. A Bachelor of Technology and a proactive approach to engineering excellence make the perfect fit.
