About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end Java development. You’ll be part of a global team (Toronto, New York, London) working on transformational platforms that streamline internal systems and unlock new business opportunities in Lending and Credit.
This is a hands-on development role involving modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and Azure. Experience in credit management, corporate lending, or LoanIQ is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with agile full-stack teams to build greenfield and existing platforms.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable systems using Java Spring Boot and React.
Create reusable, testable modules and components.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; deploy code in Azure.
Engage with business stakeholders through demos and iterative development cycles.
Required Skills & Experience7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Hibernate, JSON.
Solid understanding of design patterns and multi-tier web-based applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with network monitoring and code profiling tools.
Nice to HaveFamiliarity with LoanIQ data models and standard APIs.
