Requirements
- Senior Full Stack Developer, with React.js and Java Full Stack development to build innovative, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
- 8–14 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications across both frontend and backend technologies.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain robust enterprise applications using React.js and Java Full Stack technologies
- Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions aligned with business and project requirements
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Java, and related frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Optimize application performance and user experience through efficient coding and design practices
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability and stability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards and development best practices
- Provide technical troubleshooting and production support to resolve application issues effectively
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team
