We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience building high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems.
This role focuses on designing and developing low-latency, highly available applications using modern Java frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions, optimize system performance, and drive best practices in software engineering.Must-Have Requirements (Mandatory)*Advanced English* 6+ years of experience in Java backend development* Strong expertise in Java (core + advanced concepts)* Hands-on experience with:* Spring Boot*Quarkus* Microservices architecture* Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native services* Deep understanding of:* Multithreading, concurrency, and virtual threads* Building highly optimized and performant applications* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices* Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integrationNice to Have* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)* Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)* Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
