Full Stack Developer (Java/Spring Boot/Angular)
We are not looking for an architect, project manager or a consultant. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer, with expertise and experience in the implementation of end-to-end applications. A person who enjoys building software, solving technical challenges, learning new technologies and contributing directly to the success of the business through code. Someone comfortable moving across frontend, backend and integration layers, capable of taking ownership of a feature from analysis to production. Knowledge of AI and experience of integrating it into business cases would be desirable. Ability to lead and support other members of the development team from a technical perspective. Main activities and tasks: Software Development: Develop new functionalities and business capabilities across frontend and backend applications. Application Evolution: Enhance and modernizeexistingapplicationsfollowingbusiness and technicalrequirements. Microservices Development: Design, build and maintain Spring Boot microservices and APIs. Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive and maintainable Angular applications. System Integration: Implement and maintainintegrationsbetweeninternal and externalplatformsusing APIs and WSO2. Code Quality: Performcodereviews, improvemaintainability and contributetotechnicalbestpractices. Testing: Implement and document the evidences of the correspondent type of testing: unitary, functional, integration and performance tests. Dev Ops & Delivery: Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automateddeployments and releaseactivities. Technical Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve complex application incidents and performance issues. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, automation and developer productivity. Requirements: University degree - IT, Engineering. 4-5 years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments. 3+ years developing backend applications using Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs. Desirable expertise or experience in Quarkus or Python. 3+ years developing frontend applications using Angular, Type Script, HTML5 and CSS. Hands-on experience working with Microservices Architectures and distributed systems. Experience integrating applications through WSO2, APIs and third‑party services. Practical experience with Git Lab, version control and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins). Experience troubleshooting production issues, debugging complex application problems and implementing permanent fixes. Comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle, from design to production deployment. Softs kills: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
