We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Risk and Information Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering critical business and technology initiatives by building scalable, high-quality applications using modern Java and Angular frameworks.
You will be working alongside a dynamic, global team of developers and business stakeholders on a wide range of projects. This role demands technical depth, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Take ownership of application components, performing both backend and frontend development.
- Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated pipelines.
- Collaborate with team members across geographies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
- Follow best practices for secure coding, code quality, and maintainability.
Required Skills:
- 7–15 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
- Strong understanding of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, etc.).
- Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in test automation and writing unit/integration tests.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Familiar with object-oriented design patterns and modern software architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work across global teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL; experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Camunda 7+ BPM engine is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of OAuth2 / OIDC security standards.
- Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging middleware.
- Experience working with Drools or other rules engines.
- Familiarity with Python scripting.
- Experience in component-based architecture and layered application design.
- Prior experience in the finance or legal operations domain is a plus.
