Full-stack Developer

What will you do

As a key member of our expert team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our international insurance clients' IT teams, tackling their most complex challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end software solutions, spanning both Frontend (user interfaces) and Backend (server-side logic and APIs).

• Driving the development and launch of new products and features, from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.

• Upgrading and modernizing existing IT environments to align with best practice guidelines, enhance security, and improve scalability.

• Building and maintaining robust cloud environments, leveraging leading cloud platforms and services to optimize infrastructure and operations.

• Participating actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle – from architectural design and coding to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Working with a diverse technology stack, applying best practices for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Providing expert technical guidance and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What are we looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual with a strong passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact. If you possess:

• Extensive experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with:

• • Frontend: TypeScript / JavaScript and expertise in at least one leading framework – React or Angular.

• Backend: Java and Spring Boot.

• Databases: Strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• DevOps: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and adapt to new challenges effectively.

• Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.

• Fluency in English
