Job Description
- Contribute to the design, development, evolution, and maintenance of our distributed applications and legacy systems
- Develop APIs, microservices, and integrated applications connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Share ideas regarding architecture and technology choices
- Ensure the quality of delivered code through testing and code reviews
- Produce relevant documentation for various applications
- Provide application support to users
Qualifications
Requirements
- Completed education: Bachelor's degree, College Diploma (DEC), or AEC with demonstrated experience
- Bilingualism (French/English – intermediate level) required due to the organization's nationwide operations and the need for effective communication across different regions
- Ability to work efficiently both remotely and on‑site
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent investigative and problem‑solving skills
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality work to support the ongoing evolution of applications
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code development environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS or Azure Data Studio
- Experience developing with containers (Docker)
- Strong understanding of automated deployment principles (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps
- Production experience and knowledge of event‑driven development
- Production experience and knowledge of queue‑based systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
