Full Stack Developer – CAMILLA

 CAMILLA is on the hunt to find an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our IT Tribe. We are expanding our digital and systems capability to support our global growth across Australia, the US and Europe. We’re searching for a technically skilled Full Stack Developer to help us enhance our systems, integrations and performance across our evolving technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to continuously improve systems and integrations across CAMILLA’s applications and platforms
• Design, develop and deliver software solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring system performance, security, and scalability
• Manage incidents and identify root causes to ensure long-term system stability
• Maintain system currency by updating code and libraries to keep our tech secure and reliable
• Participate in new software and SaaS implementation projects from scoping through to go-live
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality code delivery and successful integrations
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend improvements to enhance business operations
• Support post-implementation troubleshooting, warranty issue resolution, and ongoing performance optimisation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL
• Experience with DevOps environments and cloud hosting solutions (Azure or AWS)
• Understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and POS integrations
• Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT or Bitbucket
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys collaboration and innovation
