REQUIRED SKILLS
- MUST HAVE: Advanced Java development experience
- MUST HAVE: Advanced Next.js development experience
- MUST HAVE: Strong TypeScript expertise
- Experience building enterprise-grade web applications
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance enterprise backend services using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with team members working across both Java and C# platforms.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to overall solution design.
- Ensure adherence to established development standards, review processes, and quality expectations.
- Deliver well-tested, production-ready code that minimizes regression risk and reduces review overhead.
- Partner with UX, product, and engineering stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies such as GitHub Copilot, while maintaining full ownership of design decisions, validation, testing, and code quality.
