Job Summary (Senior Full Stack Developer):

Full Stack Development: 5-7 years of full stack experience with a 60/40 split between backend and frontend.

Backend Expertise: Strong expertise in Java 17 (exposure to Java 21 a plus) and Spring Boot for designing and building RESTful APIs.

Frontend Skills: Experience with Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI development patterns.

Database Experience: Solid experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB and Postgres.

Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes (including Istio, Helm, EKS), Docker, Jenkins, Rancher, and automated pipeline deployment.

Testing & CI/CD: Strong testing mindset with experience in JUnit, Jasmine, Jest, Mockito, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright; familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, and Git.

Modern Development Tools: Proficient in VSCode, IntelliJ, the Atlassian suite (Jira, Bitbucket), and Git.

AI Tool Exposure: Practical experience with GenAI-enabled development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows).

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with business stakeholders and IT teams, and influence outcomes.

Work Independently: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, quickly understand requirements, and contribute questions/ideas to improve outcomes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
