Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Schedule: EU Time Zone | Full-time
Salary: Up to ₱90,000
As a Full Stack Engineer , you’ll help design, build, and scale modern applications from frontend to backend. You’ll work on secure, high-performing systems using modern technologies and event-driven architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable applications using React and backend microservices
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and complex queries
- Develop event-driven systems using RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
- Implement secure access control using Open Policy Agent (OPA)
- Create fast and reliable search features with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
- Collaborate with teams on system architecture and API design
- Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers
Must-Have Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with: React.js, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
- Experience with modern React concepts (Hooks, Redux/Zustand, component architecture)
- Strong SQL, database optimization, and performance tuning skills
- Solid understanding of microservices and REST APIs
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with OPA / Rego for policy management
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Background in event-driven systems and scalable architecture
