Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end development and support of full‑stack applications.
Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices across backend, frontend, and cloud.
Review code, enforce quality standards, and guide team members.
Design and develop scalable Java applications using Spring / Spring Boot.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices with proper security and performance considerations.
Handle integration with databases and third‑party systems.
Lead UI development using Angular for web applications and guide and support React Native development for mobile applications.
Ensure security, scalability, cost optimization, and monitoring.
Own production support, incident management, and root cause analysis and ensure SLAs, uptime, and system reliability.
Drive continuous improvement and proactive monitoring.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
Technical Skills “Must Have”
Own production support, incident management, and root cause analysis and ensure SLAs, uptime, and system reliability.
9+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as Technical Lead to handle the application support.
Strong hands‑on experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
Solid experience with Angular and React Native
Proven experience with AWS Cloud services
Experience in application development and production support
Strong understanding of REST APIs, security, and performance tuning
Manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM) and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Lead UI development using Angular for web applications and guide and support React Native development for mobile applications.
Technical Skills “Good to Have”
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Cloud automation)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to ITIL support processes
Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
