Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with extensive expertise in React to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will work on building and maintaining scalable software solutions that deliver exceptional user and backend experiences. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence technical decisions, and contribute to innovative projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions
- Define project requirements and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of production experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in NodeJS for backend development
- Experience working with AWS for cloud-based solutions
- Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React for fullstack development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex technical challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with Java for backend development
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and optimization
