We are growing our development team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is excited about a modern, AI-augmented way of building software: someone who ships quickly, works shoulder-to-shoulder with product and design, and brings real opinions about what we should build, not just how to build it.
You will join a small, growing high-trust squad where engineers, product, and design make decisions together. You will pair with AI coding tools like Claude Code as a core part of your daily workflow, move features from idea to production fast, and help shape a platform used by legal professionals every day. This is a builder’s role for someone who treats the product as their own.
You will help build software that real legal professionals rely on every day, at a global, award-winning company that moves fast, trusts its engineers, and is investing in a modern, AI-first way of working. Your ideas about the product will be heard and shipped.

COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $170,000 CAD annually, plus a performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary tied to team and company metrics. Final compensation will reflect your experience, domain depth, and demonstrated delivery. In accordance with provincial pay transparency legislation — including Ontario’s Pay Transparency Act and British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act — InfoTrack Canada discloses a pay range for all advertised positions.
