About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer who is equally strong on the front end and the back end, 

and who writes production-grade code end to end. You will build and maintain applications using Python on the 

server, Angular on the client, and relational databases underneath — all deployed and operated on AWS.  

This is a builder’s role, not a coordinator’s. You should be comfortable writing complex SQL by hand, designing REST 

APIs, reasoning about performance, and owning your code through testing and deployment. If you enjoy solving 

hard technical problems across the whole stack, we want to talk to you.  

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features spanning Angular front ends and Python (Flask/FastAPI) back 

ends.  

• Write and optimise advanced SQL — multi-table joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions — without 

leaning on an ORM to do the thinking for you.  

• Model and evolve relational schemas, design indexes, and tune slow queries using EXPLAIN / EXPLAIN ANALYZE.  

• Develop clean, reactive Angular interfaces using standalone components, RxJS, and modern Angular patterns.  

• Write meaningful unit and integration tests for the code and modules you ship.  

• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on AWS, and improve build and release pipelines.  

• Review peers’ code, uphold quality standards, and mentor less experienced developers.  

What We’re Looking For

You must be genuinely strong across all of the following. This is a full-stack role — depth in only one half of the stack 

will not be enough.

• 5+ years of relevant, hands-on full-stack development experience.

• Python — solid backend experience building REST APIs (Flask or FastAPI), not just scripting.  

• Angular — real production experience with components, RxJS, forms, routing, and state management.  

• SQL — ability to write advanced queries from scratch and reason about how they execute; PostgreSQL and/or 

MySQL in production.  

• AWS — practical experience deploying and running workloads (e.g. ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS).  

• Testing — able to write proper unit tests (pytest, and Jasmine/Karma or Jest on the Angular side).  

• Comfort with Git workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.  

This Role Is Not a Fit If…

• You work only in Java and have no Python experience or familiarity.  

• You rely entirely on ORMs and cannot write raw SQL queries yourself.  

• Your front-end experience is React only, with no Angular.  

• You are strong on either the front end or the back end, but not both.  

• You have never worked with AWS. (Experience on GCP or Azure is a plus, but AWS experience is required.)  

CTC Range - 10L to 12L
