Job description - Graduate Software EngineerIn this remote Graduate Software Engineer role you'll join one of the engineering squads and get hands-on from day one. This isn't a role where you'll be sitting quietly in the background, they want someone who brings curiosity, challenges ideas and thinks about the end user in everything they build. You'll be working alongside experienced engineers who are invested in developing the next generation of talent.
Job responsibilities - Graduate Software Engineer - Building and improving features across the platform
- Writing clean, well-tested code with a focus on quality and speed
- Using AI coding tools as part of your everyday workflow
- Thinking about product and architecture, not just line by line code
- Collaborating closely with your squad via Google Meet and async tools
- Speaking up, asking questions and contributing ideas from day one
Job requirements - Graduate Software Engineer - Educated to degree level in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Exposure to PHP, Symfony, TypeScript or Aurelia is a bonus but not essential
- Genuinely curious about AI and actively using AI coding tools
- Product minded, you think about who is using what you build and why
- Enthusiastic about fully remote work and self-directed in how you manage your time
