Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer on behalf of our client in the United States. This role is ideal for a talented software engineer with strong experience in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, build modern microservices architectures, and contribute to the integration of AI/LLM technologies within enterprise platforms. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment while delivering secure, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript, Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), React, or Angular.

• Build and support cloud-native, event-driven microservices architectures.

• Develop responsive, high-performing user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies into enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative software solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges while maintaining high coding standards.

• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and execute automated tests using modern testing frameworks.

• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability through industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 17, Spring Boot), Node.js/TypeScript, and Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Experience developing front-end applications using React or Angular.

• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and cloud-native services.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions into production applications.

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.

• Experience with automated testing tools and software quality best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, SQS, Aurora, and managed database services.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7.

• Experience working on AI-enabled, data-intensive, or highly regulated enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery methodologies.
