Position Title: Full-Stack Developer
Client - USPF
Location: Remote (United States)
Preferred: Candidates located in or near Atlanta, GA who can occasionally work from the office.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $150,000 $170,000
Annual Bonus: 10% 20%
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality technology solutions supporting core premium finance operations. This position operates within an Agile environment and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant applications that support quoting, loan origination, underwriting workflows, payment processing, servicing operations, and integrations with insurance agents, MGAs, carriers, and third-party partners.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft full-stack development experience along with a background in premium finance, insurance, financial services, a large General Agent organization, or an insurance carrier environment.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Develop and maintain applications supporting premium finance operations, quoting systems, customer portals, payment platforms, and servicing workflows.
Design and develop automation and robotic process solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and dashboard solutions supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement requirements.
Produce clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Provide occasional support during production releases and critical incidents.
Required Technical Qualifications
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Advanced expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
Strong Microsoft full-stack development experience.
3+ years of Angular experience, or 3+ years of React experience with at least 1 year of hands-on Angular experience.
Strong SQL Server experience including database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and SSMS.
Strong JavaScript development experience.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, integrations, and service-oriented architectures.
Experience with JSON and API-driven applications.
Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility tools.
Experience with process automation, workflow automation, or robotics solutions.
Exposure to C++ development is highly desirable.
Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Jira.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Industry Experience
Premium Finance experience strongly preferred.
Candidates from large General Agencies (e.g., Arthur J. Gallagher or similar organizations).
Insurance carrier experience (e.g., AIG or similar carriers).
Financial services, lending, insurance, or premium finance domain expertise.
Experience with loan systems, payment processing platforms, ACH transactions, or carrier integrations.

Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Experience with FinancePro.
Experience with Vertafore products.
Experience with Boomi integrations.
Experience with UiPath or related automation platforms.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline required.
Target Candidate Profile
Strong Microsoft full-stack engineer with deep .NET expertise.
Background in premium finance, insurance, MGA, carrier, or financial services environments.
Experience building automation solutions and API-driven applications.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, payment systems, and operational workflows.
