As the Full Stack Developer you will design and build software across the backend, frontend, and internal AI tooling for a growing product.
You will contribute to technical decisions and collaborate closely with the team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity and enjoys ownership over their work.Responsibilities:Design and build AI powered internal tools that improve engineering efficiencyBuild and maintain REST APIs in Python using Django REST FrameworkBuild and maintain frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScriptWrite unit, integration, and end to end tests to support software qualityImplement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutionsCollaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver on shared goalsContribute technical ideas and improvements beyond assigned tasksRequirementsC1 English or equivalent3+ years of experience building production applications with Next.js and TypeScript3+ years of backend development experience in Python, specifically with Django REST FrameworkExperience with PostgreSQL in production environmentsExperience with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure as code such as TerraformExperience with cloud services, ideally AWSExperience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesExperience writing unit, integration, and end to end testsStrong Git and GitHub practices, with an active public profile considered a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience at high growth startups, consultancy or agency backgrounds are also welcome, provided there is demonstrated product ownership rather than delivery only workExperience building with LLMs or AI agents, including LangChain, RAG, or agentic systemsExperience training AI models, including dataset curation, training pipelines, and evaluation benchmarksExperience building code generation or code editing toolsA track record of improving development processes within a teamA standout personal project, open source contributions, or an active public GitHub profileBenefitsCompensation: $ to $ USD/ monthlyPTO and HolidaysWe only accept CVs submitted in English
