Praella is looking for Senior Full Stack Developer , responsible for leading end-to-end development across both front-end and back-end systems. The developer is expected to architect scalable solutions, write high-quality code, and ensure technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle. The developer is passionate about solving complex problems, building efficient systems, and continuously improving product quality. The role also includes mentoring team members, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to long-term architectural decisions.
Key responsibilities :
Technical Responsibilities
Designs, develops, tests, and deploys scalable full-stack applications.
Builds secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
Develops responsive and high-quality front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
Optimizes systems for performance, security, and reliability.
Integrates third-party APIs, authentication services, and internal modules.
Participates in architectural planning and contributes to system design.
Conducts code reviews and ensures adherence to best practices.
Maintains clean, modular, and well-documented codebases.
Collaboration & Leadership
Works closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features.
Leads technical discussions and proposes effective solutions.
Mentors junior and mid-level developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as:
React / Next.js / Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in backend frameworks like:
Node.js / Express / NestJS / Laravel / WordPress / Ruby.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (DigitalOcean / AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and containerization:
Docker, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with API authentication and security protocols:
JWT, OAuth, SSO.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and message queues.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to guide development initiatives and uphold technical standards.
Commitment to learning new technologies and improving processes.
Experience with serverless architectures.
Exposure to Shopify/BigCommerce or other e-commerce ecosystems.
Experience with load testing, performance monitoring, and alerts.
