As a Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) based in Darmstadt, you will shape complex digital solutions and take on a high level of technical ownership.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver complex end-to-end functionality across frontend, backend, APIs, data models and service integrations
Take technical ownership of high-quality solutions and set standards for architecture, code quality and sustainable software design
Support the team through code reviews, mentoring and pragmatic problem-solving in complex or ambiguous technical situations
Build and evolve reusable platform and integration capabilities, for example in authentication, API standards, CI/CD, observability and deployment
Investigate production issues in a structured way and derive meaningful improvements in reliability, performance, security and developer experience
Work closely with architects, product owners and relevant stakeholders to evaluate technical options and enable incremental, dependable delivery
Your Profile
Several years of experience developing production-grade software solutions with Python and modern TypeScript/React applications
Strong hands-on expertise across the full software delivery lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment, operations and continuous improvement
Sound understanding of software design and code quality, especially in object-oriented programming, testing, API design, database modelling, asynchronous workflows and integration patterns
Solid working knowledge of Docker, GitLab CI/CD and observability in day-to-day engineering practice
Ability to act as a technical point of reference, sharing knowledge and supporting others through reviews, pairing and technical exchange
A strong sense of ownership, sound engineering judgement and a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset
