Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a multidisciplinary development team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. In this role, you will be a key technical reference, participating in the stabilization and continuous improvement of a high-availability platform, as well as the development of new functionalities.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Contributing ideas and technical judgment to software architecture decisions and functional analysis.
- Translating business needs into robust, documented, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Actively collaborating daily with the development team, sharing know-how with junior and mid-senior profiles.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a developer in high-availability production environments.
- Track record in multidisciplinary projects with quality standards and structured processes.
- Consolidated experience in the use of: Node.js, React, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, Socket.io, and GitLab (CI/CD).
- Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, IoT devices, MQTT protocols, Redis, and microservices will be positively valued.
Education:
- Technical training oriented towards software and systems development.
- Consolidated habit of technical documentation: architectures, APIs, and processes (OpenAPI, Confluence, Notion).
Languages:
- Sufficient technical English for reading documentation, writing commented code, and communicating with suppliers.
Skills:
- Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions with sound judgment.
- Collaborative attitude and clear communication.
- Strong quality orientation: testing, code review, and attention to detail.
