Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
As a software developer you shall be part of an exciting and rapidly expanding team whose responsibility is to put the
clients’ vision into reality. Your primary role would be Software development in .Net framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TPM’s, BA’s and developersto understand business requirements
and developing web application adhering to coding standards and best practices
Completion of the assigned tasks within the agreed timescale with high reliability and minimal functional and technical
defects.
May be assigned to work within a development team or alone.
Design and develop new applications, as well as enhancements to existing applications
Conduct thorough testing to ensure application functionality and stability
Provide technical support to resolve issues related to developed applications.
Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Preferred Skills
Good understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts.
Experience in .Net Fullstack Development is preferred but not mandatory
Exposure to any other programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar technologies and a
willingness to learn and work on .Net Fullstack development is acceptable
Basic understanding of web application development concepts
Understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage
Exposure to version control systems such as Git or SVN is a plus
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Experience Required
1 to 1.5 years of experience in software development
Qualifications Required
Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering fields preferred.
Graduate in other field of studies with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience required: 8 months to 1.5 years in full stack development (Front end and back end mandatory)
Candidate can either have experience in:
Combination 1: C#, asp.net MVC, asp.net core, webforms, angular, SQL, etc.
Combination 2: Any other technologies but full stack development
