About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of modern, cloud-native applications. This role is hands‑on across the full stack, with a strong focus on building scalable microservices and high-quality frontend applications.

You will work across React, NodeJS, and Java to deliver end-to-end solutions, contributing to both customer‑facing experiences and backend services. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, with a focus on delivering secure, performant, and maintainable systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building fullstack applications using React, NodeJS, and Java
• Developing and maintaining microservices and RESTful APIs
• Contributing to backend services and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) layers
• Working with cloud-native technologies (AWS, containers, CI/CD pipelines)
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong engineering standards
• Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are a well‑rounded Fullstack Engineer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems, with hands‑on experience in modern engineering environments.

You will bring:

• Strong experience with React for building modern frontend applications
• Solid experience with NodeJS (BFF/API layer development)
• Strong backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot / microservices)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a bonus)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation
• Experience working in Agile teams and contributing to end-to-end delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience within banking or financial services
• Exposure to event-driven architecture or messaging systems
