We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and support applications and integrations that power WWT's Master Data & Governance platforms.You will work closely with analysts, product owners, and senior developers to translate business needs into scalable, reliable IT solutions.
The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, curious, and motivated to grow both technical and business knowledge.ResponsibilitiesChampion WWT Core Values and best practicesIntegrate AI capabilities where they add measurable value, utilizing AI‐assisted development tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity and code qualityDesign, develop, and enhance custom software, APIs, integrations, and database applications across legacy and modern master data platformsDemonstrate technical leadership by owning complex technical challenges, leveraging deep knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and toolsConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, providing constructive feedback to the team to maintain code qualityPerform unit, integration, functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure software reliability and performanceIdentify and resolve complex technical problems, proposing innovative solutions that improve functionality and performanceGuide analysts and junior developers through technical challenges, sharing knowledge and best practices leveraging direction from senior developers and architectsAddress production issues through troubleshooting, consult on technical problems, and proactively identify support trends to reduce recurring issuesCreate and maintain clear technical and configuration documentation, ensuring effective communication of technical informationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field5+ years of professional software development experience with a mix of the following technologies:Development: JavaScript / Node.Js / Vue.Js, Java / Spring BootDatabases: MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQLContainers & Platforms: OpenShift, Kubernetes, DockerCI/CD & Tooling: GitHub, Jenkins, AI‐assisted coding toolsMessaging & Event Streaming: Apache Kafka, Confluent PlatformTest first mindset with experience in test automation, unit, functional, end‐to‐end, and regression testingAbility to critically analyze and decompose complex technical requirements.
