Senior full stack developer

This role sits within .uk, a subsidiary of M3 Inc. .uk is the UK’s largest professional network of doctors; a closed community used by over 50,000 doctors daily and with a total membership of over 245,000. Products range from a trusted email communications platform to robust news and educational web pages along with our world-class sponsored pharmaceutical content and doctors’ own user-generated content. Job Description Plan, lead and actively contribute to the development of web/mobile applications in an agile environment Take ownership of understanding of the whole system and take responsibility for teaching this to others Alongside other senior members of the team, contribute to the strategy and architectural decisions that support the growth of the services we offer to our members and clients Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members Find ways to improve system robustness, resilience, and stability Qualifications Commercial experience working with web applications in a containerized environment, in particular Docker Commercial experience working with content management (CMS) systems. Demonstratable experience architecting web based solutions and introducing new technologies and tooling into existing systems and processes Experience designing and developing applications utilising databases such as Postgres, Mongo DB, MSSQL Experience with front-end web development technologies such as React JS, Vue JS, Angular JS, MVC Experience supporting and mentoring junior developers with technical queries and best practice Self-motivated and delivery focused Good understanding of Agile process Experience utilizing/configuring/maintaining microservice container orchestrations platforms such as Mesos/Marathon, Kubernetes Experience working with React JS component libraries Experience building out CI/CD frameworks and build pipelines Experience of mobile app development frameworks Experience of serverless services such as AWS Lambda or Jamstack Experience working with PHP (Word Press) Experience of using services provided by AWS/Azure #J-18808-Ljbffr
