About the Role
As an Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll work on enterprise‑scale, technically challenging software engineering projects for one or more client organizations. You'll build scalable applications and solutions that address real client problems, contributing across the full software development lifecycle—from solution design through implementation and deployment.
You’ll collaborate with engineering teams in Canada and India while working with modern technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and Microsoft Azure to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable full‑stack applications from concept through production
- Build backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
- Develop modern front‑end applications using React and Next.js
- Work with Microsoft Azure , SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and cloud‑native technologies
- Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and solution design
- Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve engineering workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional Full Stack development experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Professional experience with Node.js, NestJS (or similar frameworks), React, and Next.js
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Docker and Dev Containers
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience using, or a strong interest in adopting, AI‑assisted development tools
Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams
- Experience building AI or LLM‑powered applications
- Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or prompt/context engineering
- Open‑source contributions or personal technical projects
