IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves developing mission-critical software solutions with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies, primarily within the public safety and security industry. The position offers an engaging environment for experienced developers looking to contribute to high-availability systems and cutting-edge applications.
Position Overview for the Full Stack Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across frontend (React) and backend (Java) services.
- Architect scalable solutions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage and quality standards.
- Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements for the Full Stack Developer:
- 57 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React (frontend) and Java (backend).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design.

Compensation Details: $64-66/hr W2
