Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software applications using programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Integrate software components and third‑party libraries.
- Document software specifications and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Apply strong user‑interface design and development skills using modern techniques.
- Utilize proficiency in version control and dependency resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security and compliance standards related to package management.
- Maintain Linux server operating systems and perform server maintenance.
- Analyze problems and develop efficient solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
- Work independently or as part of a dynamic team.
Required Skills
- University degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Developer or similar role.
- System analysis documentation using Visio.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML5, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Experience with databases such as SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with ETL and data integration tools.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial services and mutual funds is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or programming languages.
