This role requires strong technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate across Product, QA, and Customer Success. You will work closely with technical leadership to expand and improve our platform while helping scale development practices as the company grows. This is not a task-only coding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, reduce rework, and mentor others through example.What You Will Do Design and implement scalable full stack features from concept to productionTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsCollaborate with QA to define testable success criteriaParticipate in architectural discussions and technical planningImprove system performance, reliability, and maintainabilityContribute to release planning and deployment executionReview code and support development standardsIdentify opportunities to reduce technical debtOther duties as assigned/neededWhat We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional full stack development experience or equivalent demonstrated expertiseStrong experience building production systems using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and SQLAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProven experience owning features end to endStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsComfortable operating in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical peersExperience mentoring or guiding other developers preferredTechnical ExperienceExperience in most of the following areas:Modern web application development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)C# Backend developmentRelational databases (SQL)Cloud-based infrastructure and deploymentsAPI integrationsNice to have:Mobile platform familiarity (Swift, Kotlin)PythonJavaExperience with ecommerce, POS, retail, rental, or ERP-style systemsExperience in high transaction environmentsCultural FitOwnership mindsetComfortable with ambiguityRoll-up sleeves approachWilling to engage with business operations when neededExcited to be a part of a growth-stage environmentTravel: Less than 10 percent as needed.
