Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy user-friendly, scalable web applications and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and develop reusable front-end frameworks and UI components for reporting and analytics applications, establishing coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality best practices.

• Develop AI-driven prompts, templates, and automation workflows to accelerate the transformation of existing Power BI reports into standardized Fabric Apps experiences.

• Build and enhance Fabric Apps solutions that deliver intuitive, modern, and responsive user experiences for business reporting and data visualization.

• Maintain and optimize existing applications, improving performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable software development practices.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, development standards, and operational procedures.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends, proactively recommending innovations and improvements to the team’s technology stack and development processes.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web application development.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js. Experience with other modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in one of the backend frameworks such as ASP.NET CORE, Flask, Angular, NestJS.

• Solid understanding of relational database technologies and data modeling concepts.

• Strong knowledge of web technologies, networking fundamentals, and HTTP protocols.

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

• Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth 2.0, or similar technologies.

• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and modern software development practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

• Experience with AI-powered products, prompt engineering, LLM-based applications, or AI-assisted development tools is a strong plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Fabric Apps is highly preferred.

• Experience building analytics, reporting, or business intelligence solutions is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.

• Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience migrating or modernizing BI/reporting solutions from Power BI to Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows that improve developer productivity and application modernization efforts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including Azure services, Power Platform, and Fabric workloads.
