Java full stack engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
- Architecture & System Design: Lead the architectural design of microservices and complex monolithic systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Backend Engineering: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code utilizing advanced Java concepts and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Frontend Engineering: Build dynamic, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces, alternating between Angular and React.js based on project needs, product lifecycles, or migration initiatives.
- API Development & Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless communication between the front end and back end.
- Database Management: Model complex data structures and write optimized queries for both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers to elevate the team's overall technical capability.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver features on time.
