Role Emphasis 60% React, 40% Java/Spring. Highly collaborative, agile team (daily standups, mobbing sessions, paired programming). Must be able to justify design decisions, explain achievements clearly, and handle technical whiteboarding in person. Core Must-Have Skills ReactJS (4+ years) Strong front-end development, ability to follow React paradigms, mentor team members, and build features. Java (3+ years) Backend development, especially with Spring. Spring Framework (3+ years) For building APIs and backend services. REST API (3+ years) Designing and consuming APIs. OAuth (3+ years) Authentication and authorization experience; understanding how OAuth works is critical. Tools & Technologies IntelliJ Primary IDE used by the team. GitHub Source control and collaboration. GitHub Copilot Assisting with coding productivity. GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline automation. Tailwind CSS Styling for frontend applications. Playwright For testing. Vite Frontend build tool.
