Mandatory Skills:

Backend    Python + FastAPI 
Auth    Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD SSO
Integrations    Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, SharePoint (Graph API), Haystack, SQL
Cloud    Azure (Entra ID, resource navigation) + AWS awareness — must work with cloud team independently
Platform    Power Apps PCF/SDK — nice to have, not required if we migrate to option B
