Job Description
About the Role:
MRM is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of front-end and back-end development experience, along with familiarity with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics tools. The candidate should have a strong background in client-side and server-side implementations, A/B and multivariate testing, and data-driven optimization. Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, optimization and personalization experiences using at.js and Web SDK
- Develop and maintain client-side (at.js) and server-side Target implementations.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics for A4T reporting.
- Build and manage audiences and profiles leveraging behavioral, contextual, and CRM data.
- Partner with marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable personalization solutions.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and optimized performance.
- Support QA, UAT, and production deployments with robust validation processes.
- Document implementation patterns, best practices, and governance standards.
- Develop responsive web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with analytics and optimization teams to support experimentation frameworks.
- Assist with Adobe Analytics tagging and data layer enhancements.
Required Experience
- Implemented and managed A/B tests, MVTs, and personalized experiences using Adobe Target (at.js / Web SDK).
- Developed client-side and server-side Target solutions integrated with Adobe Analytics (A4T).
- Built and maintained audiences, profiles, and offers based on behavioral and CRM data.
- Collaborated with marketing, UX, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Supported QA, UAT, and production deployments, ensuring accuracy and performance.
- Troubleshot issues related to targeting logic, data capture, and reporting discrepancies.
- Documented implementation standards and optimization best practices.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
