The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET C#) to join our team in Montreal’s Angus Technopole district.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable applications, and contributing to product evolution in a collaborative Agile environment. You’ll play a key role in the development and enhancement of our FlowFit platform while helping shape technical decisions and client-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong full stack expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, experience working on complex web applications, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Development

Full Stack Engineering

Contribute actively to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the FlowFit platform
Design, develop, and optimize backend and frontend application components
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and implementation planning

Client-Focused Solutions

Analyze client requirements and contribute to solution design
Build interfaces and workflows that improve usability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions

Continuous Improvement

Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to code quality, maintainability, and development best practices
Support modernization and optimization initiatives across the platform

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
Minimum 7 years of experience working with the Microsoft .NET technology stack
Strong experience building and maintaining modern web applications
Experience working within Agile development environments
