- 7+ years of experience in both frontend and backend technologies like Java, Typescript, React/Next.js, Java 17+, Spring boot 3, Hibernate
- Experience with CICD/DevOps/Cloud technologies like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform
- Experience with Microservices, Microfrontend
- Experience with unit testing, TDD and BDD
- Strong SQL skills
- Engineering mindset (how to solve problems with simple and efficient solutions, applying best practices like clean code, design patterns, ...)
- Able technically to investigate and implement new features independently
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and clarify requirements for them
