About the Role:
NimbusTech Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade web applications, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using modern frameworks.
Architect end-to-end solutions covering front-end, back-end, database, and cloud infrastructure.
Lead a team of 4-6 developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Drive adoption of best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and microservices architecture.
Participate in technical design discussions and provide effort estimation for new projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10-13 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in React.js or
Angular for front-end development.
Solid backend experience with Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/Flask).
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using
Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Prior experience mentoring teams or working as a technical lead.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (₹28-38 LPA)
