Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer for an onsite role in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Python and .NET, along with strong knowledge of design patterns, backend development, frontend integration, and modern data/AI technologies.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams, and participating in Zoom-based interview rounds.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Python
• Strong experience in .NET / C#
• Good understanding of Full Stack Development
• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns
• Experience with NumPy
• Experience with PySpark
• Exposure to or hands-on experience in Generative AI / Gen AI
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Core Technical Requirements Backend

• Strong programming expertise in Python and .NET
• Experience building scalable APIs and backend services
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices
• Strong understanding of design patterns such as:
  • Singleton
  • Factory
  • Strategy
  • Observer
  • Dependency Injection
• Experience in microservices or distributed systems is a plus

Frontend / Full Stack

• Ability to work across frontend and backend layers
• Experience integrating UI with backend APIs
• Understanding of web application architecture
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks is preferred

Data / Processing

• Hands-on experience with:
  • NumPy
  • PySpark
• Experience processing large datasets and building data pipelines is a plus

AI / Gen AI

• Basic to strong experience with Generative AI
• Understanding of LLM-based applications, prompt handling, or AI-powered workflows
• Exposure to AI integration in enterprise applications is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications
• Build robust backend services using Python and .NET
• Apply appropriate design patterns and coding best practices
• Work with data processing tools like PySpark and NumPy
• Contribute to Gen AI-related application features or integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including onsite and offshore members
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and production support
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on developer with both backend and full stack capability
• Able to work onsite all 5 days in Santa Clara
• Open to relocation if currently outside the area
• Comfortable working with distributed teams, including offshore coordination
• Good communication skills for client-facing/team collaboration
• Able to attend Zoom interviews

Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud platforms
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
• Familiarity with enterprise application development
• Prior experience in AI/ML-enabled product development
• Knowledge of performance tuning and scalable architecture

Work Requirements

• 100% onsite in Santa Clara
• Candidate must be available to work from office 5 days per week
• Relocation candidates are acceptable, but onsite presence is mandatory
• Must be comfortable coordinating with offshore teams if needed
