Note :- Location is Ahmedadbad and Candidate Need to travel Bharuch 1-2 Times that i.e Paid by client

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong web application, mobile application, and chatbot development expertise for a short-term digitalization project with a chemicals client.

The role requires proficiency in front-end and back-end development, mobile-first design, database development, cloud deployment, and system integration (SAP, ERP, in-house systems, etc.).

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering and user experience capabilities with experience in digitalizing manual processes, building scalable business applications, and collaborating with consulting teams to deliver structured, high-impact outcomes.

The developer will work directly under consulting project leads and client operations leadership, with 100% commitment on a single project and 50% on-site presence at the client location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive websites, web applications, and cross-platform mobile applications.
• Build intuitive user interfaces, secure back-end services, APIs, and databases using modern development frameworks.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, maintainable, and compatible across devices and browsers.
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and production-ready digital workflows.
• Digitalize manual processes through configurable forms, approvals, task assignment, status tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
• Develop dashboards, administrative controls, alerts, and reporting tools to provide real-time process visibility.
• Integrate applications with SAP, ERP, HRMS, internal databases, and document repositories.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for secure data exchange across enterprise and third-party platforms.
• Support integrations with authentication, QR code, maps, SMS, email, WhatsApp Business API, and notification services.
• Develop and integrate web, mobile, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp-based chatbots for employee and customer use cases.
• Enable knowledge search, FAQs, ticket creation, status tracking, and escalation to relevant business teams via chatbots.
• Conduct testing, deployment, documentation, performance optimization, and post-go-live support.
• Develop a web-based custom CRM platform for lead generation, customer management, dispatch tracking, logistics coordination, and management reporting.
• Build a mobile-friendly Farmer Advisory and Fertilizer Recommendation App based on crop, soil type, and region.
• Develop contractor registration, induction, document upload, QR gate pass, safety observation, near-miss reporting, and CAPA workflows.
• Revamp the corporate website and develop recruitment workflows covering job posting, applications, resume management, and AI-assisted screening.
• Build subsidy and compliance tracking tools, employee helpdesk chatbots, and other role-based internal applications.
• Participate in requirements gathering and BRD creation with consulting teams.
• Report directly to consulting project leads and client operations leadership.

Required Skills

• 5 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, web development, or mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js .
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
• Strong proficiency in one or more back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python-based web frameworks .
• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native , or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication and role-based access control.
• Experience with secure application architecture.
• Experience with enterprise system integration (SAP, ERP platforms, HRMS, or internal systems ).
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on Azure, AWS, GCP , or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
• Prior experience working with consulting teams, including requirements gathering, BRD creation, testing, and solution delivery.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Exposure to the chemical/process manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Experience building CRM, workflow, safety, contractor management, recruitment, or corporate website solutions.
• Experience with chatbot development and integration across web, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp channels.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with application security standards.
