Lead Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full-stack Developer with advanced React skills to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintainable and scalable full-stack solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Create and enhance reusable components and libraries to support future development
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver top-tier features
- Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems for seamless functionality
- Write clean, structured, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews, offering feedback to maintain high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in technology and propose their adoption when beneficial
- Contribute to enhancing development workflows and automating processes
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Proven expertise in Progressive Web Application (PWA) development
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, multi-tenant environments that deliver engaging frontend experiences
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and React, including Redux for state management
- Ability to evaluate and refine designs, with a strong sense of visual quality (design skills not required)
- Proficiency with SCSS for styling and maintaining design consistency
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
- Extensive experience working with large Single Page Applications (SPAs) with a focus on performance optimization
- Experience modernizing legacy codebases and aligning them with current standards
- Knowledge of test automation and contributing to test frameworks such as Playwright
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its tools
- Understanding of interacting with RESTful APIs for backend integration
