Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both backend and frontend technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end server-side logic.
- Development of RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, etc.)
- Implement responsive frontends using JavaScript/Typescript.
- Manage scalable database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
- Improve application speed and scalability through code refactoring, caching, and front-end optimization
- Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high software reliability and security
- Partner with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and requirements into functional, production-ready code
Must Have:
- Very strong experience with React and Java
- Experience building RESTful APIs (pagination, filtering, versioning, error handling).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and service-to-service communication.
- Ability to handle large data payloads, async processing, and batch vs real-time patterns.
- Knowledge of authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
- Hands on SQL experience.
- Good communication skills and client handling experience
