Deloitte Digital is looking for a junior developer with real-world experience to join our AI & Digital Solutions team. You'll work alongside senior engineers and architects on projects that span front-end development, AI-assisted delivery, and solution design—for local and international clients. This is a role for someone who has real professional experience behind them, knows how to work independently, and wants to take on bigger challenges.
How you'll make an impact:
- Maintain and validate front-end and back-end code — ensuring everything is production-ready before it ships.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions — not just executing tasks but understanding why.
- Engage with clients alongside senior team members, connecting business requirements to technical outcomes.
- Work as part of a project team with clear ownership and room to grow.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience (not academic or student projects)
- Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Data literacy: SQL, relational databases, and an understanding of how data moves through a system. Familiarity with vector databases or RAG is a plus.
- RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Ability to critically read and evaluate code — including AI-generated output
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they're changing how software gets built
Nice to have:
- Experience with any of the following: AMPscript, SSJS, Apex, or LWC
- Salesforce platform experience — Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or any other cloud.
- Responsive HTML email development
- Figma or similar design tools

Requirements Hebrew
1-2 שנים של ניסיון מקצועי מעשי (לא אקדמי או פרויקטים סטודנטיאלים)
