Position: Full Stack Developer
Location: Irving, Dallas, or Frisco, TX (Hybrid – Every Alternate Week Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to support e-commerce platforms.
- Develop AI-powered solutions, including chatbot integrations, recommendation engines, search optimization, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and retail/e-commerce platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or chatbot development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Retail or E-commerce environments.
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, personalization engines, or customer analytics.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architecture, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
