We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our growing team in Bengaluru (Indiranagar). This is a Mid or Senior-level role for someone who enjoys building scalable products, solving real-world problems, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will work closely with international clients, primarily from the Netherlands, to build modern web applications, SaaS platforms, automations, and digital solutions that create real business impact.
This is not a corporate maintenance role with endless meetings. You'll work directly on building products, shipping features, and solving practical business challenges.
What You'll Work On
- Building scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
- Developing modern frontend interfaces with React.js
- Creating backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js
- Designing and managing MongoDB databases
- Integrating APIs, third-party platforms, and automation tools
- Working on SaaS products, dashboards, and AI-integrated applications
- Collaborating directly with Netherlands-based clients and internal teams
- Taking ownership of features from development to deployment
- Improving application performance, scalability, and user experience

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experience building scalable web applications
- Experience working with APIs and backend services
- Good understanding of MongoDB and database architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication skills and ability to work with international clients
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in startup environments
- Familiarity with SaaS products, AI tools, or automation platforms
- Experience working with European or international clients
