We are hiring an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET/Azure) to support the PALM (Planning, Accounting and Ledger Management) Implementation Project for the Florida Department of Financial Services. This is a senior-level onsite opportunity for professionals with extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Full Stack Development experience

• C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, VB.NET

• ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Web Forms

• React (Preferred), Angular or Knockout

• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• REST API Development

• Microsoft Azure

• Azure SQL Database / SQL Server

• Entity Framework

• Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills

• PALM implementation experience

• PeopleSoft ERP

• Snowflake

• Budget or Financial Management Systems

• State Government/Public Sector experience
