Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr.
Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Azure Kafka and Java.
Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain high-performance software using Azure, Kafka, and Java.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement new features and resolve complex technical issues.
- Optimize systems for scalability and performance.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Build robust data pipelines and leverage Azure services for secure, scalable apps.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and contribute to meaningful, purpose-driven solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 8- 12 years of experience
- Possess strong expertise in Azure Kafka and Java with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting domains.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with global teams.
Preferred :
- Quadient experience
Certifications Required
- Certifications Required Azure Developer
- Associate Apache Kafka Certification
- Java SE 11 Developer Certification (desirable)
