The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Hands-on Java enterprise application development.
- Experience building modern full-stack applications using React 18 and Java, with strong expertise in application architecture and design patterns.
- Proven experience leading large-scale application modernization and digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful API development, SQL Server, performance tuning, and scalable application design.
- Hands-on experience with Python and the ability to contribute across the full application stack.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Working knowledge of Kafka or other event-driven messaging frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies to improve engineering productivity.
